QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Temmuz 2003’te kurulan Sürat Kargo, işleyişinde gerçekleştirdiği hızlı değişimlerle müşterisini ve yenilikçiliği her zaman ön planda tutarak bugün sektörün en önemli oyuncuları arasındaki yerini aldı.
Sürat Kargo olarak; 800’den fazla şubesi, 16 bölge müdürlüğü, 25 aktarma merkezi, 2 binden fazla mobil dağıtım alanı, binlerce araçtan oluşan filosu ve 8 binden fazla uzman çalışanıyla gönderileri Türkiye’nin dört bir köşesine güvenle taşıyoruz. Yolculuğumuzda süratimize sürat katarak devam ederken Lojistik Görevlisi olarak görev almak üzere çalışma arkadaşları arıyoruz.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, MIS, or related fields.
· Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Business/System Analyst in software projects.
· Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
· Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes.
· Have knowledge about UML, SQL, SDLC, Agile methodologies.
· Preferably have IIBA, CCBA, CBAP certification
· Hands-on experience in Functional and System Integration Tests.
· Proven experience with Postman and/or SoapUI
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in eliciting and documenting business requirements.
· Good knowledge of data modeling and requirement analysis techniques.
· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
· English communication skill is a plus.
Job Description
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and define project scope.
· Gather and document business requirements, ensuring they are complete and clearly defined.
· Perform thorough analysis of current systems and processes to identify potential improvements.
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement specifications, use cases, process flows, and test cases.
· Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
· Provide guidance and support to junior business analysts on the team.
· Participate in quality assurance activities, including reviewing test plans and conducting user acceptance testing.
