About İGA Istanbul Airport,
İGA Istanbul Airport, the largest infrastructure project in the history of Republic of Türkiye, put its first phase into service on 29 October 2018 and has been welcoming passengers at full capacity since 7 April 2019. İGA Istanbul Airport, Türkiye's gateway to the world , continues its operations as a significant global hub, connecting the Asian, African, and European continents through Istanbul, which is the "meeting point" of different countries and cultures.
In addition to the many awards it has received so far, İGA İstanbul Airport has been awarded "Best Airport of 2023", "Best Airport Shopping Experience in the World" and "Most Family Friendly Airport in the World" by Skytrax. It was also named "Best Airport over 40 Million Passengers in Europe”, “Most Enjoyable Airport in Europe” and " Cleanest Airport in Europe" by Airports Council International (ACI). The main goal of İGA is to make Istanbul Airport the world's leading aviation center.
Covering an area of 76.5 million square meters, and only 35 kilometers from the city center, İGA Istanbul Airport is planned to be completed in four phases. Already providing service as part of the first phase with 5 operational runways, a terminal building with a capacity of 90 million passengers, and an Air Traffic Control Tower; İGA Istanbul Airport is expected to reach an annual passenger capacity of 200 million people once all phases are completed.

In line with this, we are looking for a talented colleague for the role of " Contracts Assistant Specialist” If you aspire to be part of a proud and unique story in Istanbul Airport, let’s meet at the 'meeting point' of the world.
Your Journey Begins With a Unique Role
- Receive and control contracts, termination notices, protocols and addendum,
- Detect missing documents of the checked contracts,
- Obtain incomplete letter of guarantee, signature circular, registry gazette, certificate of activity and other documents from relevant departments,
- Share contracts with internal and external legal advisors when necessary,
- Ensure coordination between all departments involved in the contract processes,
- Manage the signature processes of the contract by relevant departments such as Finance, Accounting, Insurance, Budget and Revenues is managed and the Contract Information Form,
- Eliminate and correct the deficiencies and malfunctions detected by the control of relevant finance departments by contacting contract owners,
- Complete the signature processes by obtaining the signatures of the relevant GMs and, if necessary, the Executive Board and the Board of Directors,
- Scan the approved contracts together with their documents and save in the barcode system and folder archive,
- Share, publish and deliver contracts with the relevant departments and keep the joint contract tracking list up to date,

- Bachelor’s Degree from relevant field,
- 3+ years of experience in related fields,
- Proficiency in SAP,
- Excellent command of MS Office programs,
- Great level of competency in English,
- Willing to engage in communication and sharing among colleagues,
- Results-oriented and willing to make decisions and take initiatives accordingly,
