We are looking for a Regional Sales Representative with the following qualifications to be assigned to our factory in Sakarya Arifiye.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related disciplines,
- 1-5 years of sales experience,
- Have strong English communication skills,
- Knows and uses Russian effectively,
- SAP experience is a plus,
- Experience in the field of energy is a plus,
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems creatively
- Quick learner and passionate about sales
- Very good analytical thinking, result-oriented, planning and reporting skills
- Flexible for travel,
- Self-starter, works under pressure, has good interpersonal skills, has the ability to exceed goals, has self-initiative,
- For male candidates, having completed military service,
- Will be able to reside in Sakarya.
Responsibilities
- Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities,
- Evaluating competitors' products and sales/market strategy
- Conducting sector or technology research to identify trends,
- Participating in fairs on behalf of the company,
- By taking full responsibility for the coordination and implementation of all sales and activities related to a wide range of ESKA products,
- To ensure a high level of customer partnership and satisfaction,
- Managing new customer acquisition,
- Conducting customer visits to follow up and complete successful agreements with existing and new customers,
- Identify competitive threats in the region and develop tactics to leverage ESKA's strengths to increase sales.
