- At least 5 years of experience as a manager/executive in the textile and apparel industry in Costing Department,
- Experience in all Pre Costing, Cost Negotiations and Open Cost proceses,
- Have a strong knowledge of manufacturing in apparel as Senior Merchandiser/Garment Developer,
- Expertise in managing cost drivers at the supplier and in the entire supply chain,
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Engineering background is preferred,
- Have effective communication skills,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
