QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
PROCESS LEAD (ENGINEER)
Position Purpose:
The purpose of the position is to take the required actions to successfully implement the IWS (Integrated Work System) structure at responsible lines
The position will be reporting to Cell Lead.
What will you do – responsibilities:
- Develop the operating teams’ technical understanding and capability
- Be responsible for the Centerline (Adjustment Centering) and changeover DMSs (Daily Management Systems)
- Attend DDS (Daily Direction Setting) Meetings
- Coordinate all technical activities in production lines assigned to her/him in line with Environment Health & Safety guidelines and ensure 5S3R standards
- Sustain production performance of assigned production lines. Initiate and realize necessary actions for the achievement of production KPI's
- Ensure daily business of the production activities in assigned machines (QUIP, Rework, standard measurements, prototypes, material trials) are done and provide necessary reporting and/or documentation accordingly in line with the Zero Loss Mindset
- Coordinate implementation of technical activities within associated production lines in coordination with given directions by the superior
Who are we looking for – requirements:
- University degree (preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering)
- Experience in production processes
- Analytical thinker and good at interpreting and analyzing data
- Advanced level of English knowledge
- Intermediate knowledge/experience working with MS Office applications and SMART MDC Tool
- IWS knowledge and experience is a plus
