We are looking for a talented Process Lead for one of our leading plants AMCOR SPECIALTY CARTONS, IZMIR.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure that the production is done according to company standards and legal requirements with required quality, quantity, time and cost.
- Responsible for the performance of the area/product and team in terms of quality, costs and delivery.
- Understand product specification and customer related requirement.
- Plan and organize production process inline with procedures & instructions.
- Identify production problems and lead to solve them to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure that occupational safety, food safety and environmental standards are implemented consistently.
- Support lean systems, kaizen projects and TPM method activities.
QUALIFICATION
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Min 3 years of production and team management experience in industrial operations(must be in printing sector, preferentially gravure).
- Good command of both written & spoken English.
- Good knowledge of computer skills, all office programs (PowerBI, Access, Excel macro programming).
- Experience in lean production methods, 5S organisations, OHSE principles, ISO quality systems & manufacturing costs management.
- Customer focused attitude.
- Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving, analytical, communication & interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving licence, no restriction for travel in and out of country.
- Residing in Izmir.
