DEVA is seeking for a Human Resources Business Partner;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees from related departments of universities,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably at consulting firm,
- Preferably experienced in Assessment Center applications and competency-based interviews,
- High self-awareness and learning agility,
- Ability to multi-task; pro-active and self-motivated, willing to take responsibility,
- Teamwork oriented,
- Fluency in spoken and written English,
- Proficiency in MS office programs,
- No obstacle for travel domestically,
- Preferably residing in Çerkezköy and Çorlu
- No military obligation for male candidates .
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, develop sourcing plans, screen candidates resume, attract top talents, build competency-based interview plans for a variety of roles, manage reference checks and job offers, follow up onboarding process, preparing organizational charts, job descriptions, exit interviews etc.
