We are currently looking for an HR Executive for our International Packaging Company located in Corlu, Mondi Istanbul Ambalaj to join our HR team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably from an Engineering department (industrial engineering) or faculty of economics and administrative sciences,
- Min. 7-8 years of experience in HR function,
- Recruitment experience is an asset,
- Experienced in HRWeb and Successfactors,
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Fluency in both written and spoken English,
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR projects from beginning to end. define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals,
- Execute all HR functions such as Organizational Development, Performance Management, Employer Branding, Talent Management, Training and Development,
- Work closely with line managers and employees to foster positive working relationships, and to increase employee engagement and satisfaction,
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in all areas of human resources,
- Managing the administration of monthly payrolls, employee salaries, benefits, allowances and leaves,
- Knowledgeable about legal regulations, Social Security Instution (SGK) and labor law,
- Supporting preparation and following up headcount budget reports.
