We are looking for a Category Development and E-Commerce Manager who will work on new projects, improve our process and leave a mark on the future!
How do we portray the ideal candidate?
- Graduated from relevant engineering or business departments of universities,
- Preferably minimum 10-12 years of experience in relevant roles,
- Excellent communicator with strategic and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and proactivity
- Excellent communication skills both in English & Turkish
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Excellent time-management, organization and self-motivation skills
- Multitask, Organized, capable to prioritize demands
- Analytical and creative.

- Experienced in P&L management and commercial know-how from a marketing perspective.
- Experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders such as sales and commercial marketing, as well as with external stakeholders including sales, finance, procurement, and supply chain.
- Experience working in commercial-oriented companies involved in production such as FMCG, durable consumer goods, is preferred.
What will you be doing as a Category Development and E-Commerce Manager at Adel?
- Develop and implement category development strategies to drive growth and market share.
- Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and trends to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to stay informed.
- Collaborate with product development teams to create and launch new products based on consumer insights.
- Lead the category development team, providing guidance and direction on strategy implementation.
- Present category development plans and insights to senior management for approval.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement e-commerce strategies.
- Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competition to develop strategic recommendations.
