Pricing Administration Supervisor
A Day in the Life
- Manage and maintain existing repository of dashboards and reports (mostly Power BI or Excel based).
- Provide analytical support for sub-region driven initiatives – Go-Local, Go-Direct initiatives, Contractual order process rollout.
- Review competition and work closely with pricing teams to determine price of new/existing products.
- Provide analytical support for various price increase initiatives.
- Provide insights, analysis, and suggestions on pricing for country tenders.
- Ad hoc analyse mostly related to profitability, customer trade profiles, various business insights and performance.
- Work on various pricing/tender/contract related projects (e.g. Vendavo, salesforce.com or ServiceNow implementation).
Must Haves
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, statistics, accounting or business administration; master’s degree preferred
- Relevant experience in data analytics
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Access/Power BI
- Fluent English (daily communication)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in local and English language
Nice to Haves
- Previous healthcare experience is a plus.
- Salesforce.com and ServiceNow experience is plus
- Problem solver, solution finder, detail oriented, proactive approach
