QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Titanic Hotels, which has become one of the leading brands of tourism in Turkey in a short time by blending Turkish hospitality with the understanding of superior quality, is the chain hotel brand of AYG Group of Companies, whose foundations were laid with a restaurant in Berlin in 1970 and has been in the tourism sector since 1993. Adopting a stable growth strategy, Titanic Hotels has managed to make the Titanic brand popular not only in our country but also in the international arena, with its hotels that are both investors and operators in Istanbul, Antalya, Bodrum and Berlin.

Titanic Hotels has 13 hotels with a total capacity of 5600 rooms, including 5 hotels in Istanbul, 3 hotels in Antalya, 1 hotel in Bodrum and 4 in Berlin, the capital of Germany.


“Guest Assistant Agent”

We invite you to work as a "Guest Assistant Agent" in the Guest Relation department of our Titanic Deluxe Lara Hote l operating in the Antalya region of our TITANIC HOTELS brand, which is an international brand in hotel management.

QUALIFICATIONS

· University degree preferably from Tourism related departments

· Positive attitude and good communication skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and German

· Ability to work on your own and as part of a team

· Computer skills including Excel, Internet, Outlook, Word and preferably Fidelio

· Eager to learn and develop themselves, flexible to work in a busy operation

· Excellent guest relations, selling skills and communication skills

· Working effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment

· Taking responsibilities and making good decisions

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

· Accept and deliver all messages correctly and promptly for both Guests and management

· Demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and service and use up-selling techniques to promote these offerings when the appropriate

· Handle emergency calls immediately and relay comprehensive and accurate information, as required

· Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times

· Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

· Attend appropriate training courses, when required

· Demonstrate a knowledge of all hotel services, local attractions and landmarks in the hotel vicinity

· Follow company brand standards

· Assist other departments, as necessary
