General Qualificatinons:
- University degree in related departments (Preferably Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering),
- 5-7 years of experience in relevant role (especially in FMCG/ Retail sector),
- Knowledgeable about marketing (channel management, media management, digital marketing, sales, budget management, consumer behaviour),
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment,
- Fluency in written and spoken English, possessing effective communication, briefing and presentation skills,
- Strong analytic skills & logical/creative thinking,
- Commercial approach to all activities.
Job Description:
- Managing and planning 360° marketing mix of the brand according to general brand strategy and company targets,
- Responsible for all the 3rd party relations ATL, BTL, PR, Media and Social Media agencies,
- Preparing media plan, annual marketing budget and the growth target of the category,
- Developing annual category and brand plans guide portfolio priorities to deliver company business objectives,
- Managing market and consumer researches, analysing the outputs for the related category,turn in to action plan,
- Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities,
- Monitor brand performance; analyze and interpret competition data, category trends and recommend action plans,Conduct P&L analysis and develop pricing strategies,
- Develop and implement marketing communications plans,
- Coordinate all brand marketing activities with other departments and third parties,
- Control marketing & promotional expenditure within agreed budgets.
