QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
· Responsible for all the import & export operations including preparation of proforma invoices, production forms, and packing lists for the Group Company,
· Responsible for coordinating logistics process, ensuring shipping documents are prepared correctly in terms of logistics, customs clearance etc.,
· Manage and control the 3rd party service providers such as custom brokers, transport companies, and bonded warehouses,
· Assist to obtain all required import permits and export licenses for all processes,
· Good knowledge of International Trade Compliance,
· Identify, report, and resolve any trade compliance issues,
· Responsible for documentation of import, export sales and client relations,
· Following up with Contracts, Agreements, Letter of Credits and Freights,
· Following up with purchased orders and determining import requirements,
· Creating import file cost calculations and reports,
· Controlling all related invoices regarding transport & customs charges and being align with finance department,
· Submitting, following and filing up all import and export files both in the system and hard copy,
· Producing regular import &export reports (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly based),
· Sending all reports to Sales & Marketing Manager,
· General admin tasks,
Skills and Qualifications Required:
· Bachelor’s degree, (Preferably in Faculty of International Trade & International Relations & Logistics or similar fields),
· Minimum 2 years of experience in international trade operations,
· Minimum Advance level of verbal and written English skills,
· Knowledge of MS Office programs,
· Excellent in Microsoft Excel,
· Being aware of all international trade and related banking operations,
· Ability to work as a team member,
· Good communication and planning skills, analytical thinking capability, problem solving ability, good process monitoring and reporting skills,
· Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements.
