Our multinational business partner which operates in manufacturing sector looking for a “HR Business Partner”
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- More than 7 years professional experience with HR
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist is must
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law, and all related critical administrative issues
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken
- Advanced level Ms Office skills
- Residing / will be able to reside in Istanbul Anatolian Side, Gebze and its vicinity
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for functions of the HR management including learning and development, employee engagement and recruitment etc.
- Supporting the budget plan
- Coaching managers in application of HR processes and employee engagement activities
- Administration of HR policies and practices in a consistent and professional manner
- Building strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees to obtain a positive employee relations and working environment
