- University degree in Tourism and Hotel Management
- At least two years’ experience in Guest Relations (luxury boutique hotel experience preferred)
- Fluent level of English language is required
- Strong organization, planning and communication skills, excellent pronunciation
- Result oriented , strong persuasion skills
- Team player
- Analytical & Creative thinking
- Effective management of time and ability to work under high pressure
- Ability to multi-task
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Job Description:
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests while providing exceptional service
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the acknowledgment of all guests (also include: VIP, repeat and special occasion).
- Ensure all departments are aware of all guests’ needs prior to arrival that will lead to a unique, memorable and personal stay.
- Creating loyal and satisfied guests.
- Maintains a strong working relationship with all departments to support property operations and goals and to expedite the resolution of any problems that may arise through the general operation of the property.
