Titanic Hotels has 13 hotels with a total capacity of 5600 rooms, including 5 hotels in Istanbul, 3 hotels in Antalya, 1 hotel in Bodrum and 4 in Berlin, the capital of Germany.

"Guests Relations Agent"

We invite you to take a position as “Guest Relations Agent” in the Guest Relations Department of our TITANIC LUXURY COLLECTİON BODRUM hotel that operates in Muğla region under international TITANIC HOTELS brand.


- Meet and greet guests;

- Possess excellent knowledge of all hotel facilities and services and communicate them to the guests;

- Respond to guests requests in accurate and timely manner;

- Communicate and cooperate closely with all operational departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Kitchen, Kids Club, Entertainment, Spa;
- Follow-up the requests and complains to ensure full customer satisfaction;
- Record all guests complaints, suggestions and expressions of gratitude along with the actions taken in the Fidelio system.
Requirements

- 20-30 years old;

- University Degree preferably in Tourism / Hospitality or related departments;

- Experience in Guest Relations / Front Office Departments at least 1 year or experience in Luxury Hotel Industry;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish, English and / or Russian, German, Arabic;

- Ability to work flexible schedule, all shifts (between 8:00 and 24:00), on weekends and holidays with one day off a week;

- Attention to details, responsibility and fast decision making;

- Time management, multitasking and prioritizing skills;

- Tolerance, cultural sensitivity and strong work ethics;

- Ability to work in a team;

- Ability to work under pressure, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
