QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Automotive Sales & Business Development Specialist

For our growing organization, we are looking for teammates from different seniorities to join our Automotive Sales & Business Development team.

Job description ;

· Knowledge in evaluating technology and business models for sales team

  • Defining overall mission and strategy for sales team

· Forward thinking and proactive, developing strategies and initiatives in customer/account management.

· Managing the relationships to related departments in all Vestel Group locations

· Market research and finding potential customers and demand creation

  • Regular domestic and international travels to meet with external partners and customers
  • Delivering presentations to customers and internal senior management

· Preparation and management of Project offers (RFQ)- complete understanding of customer requirements, development of suitable offers with the team

· Knowledge in Automotive Quality Standards (16949, VDA 6.3)

· Collaboration in customer projects, working with project teams regarding the APQP guideline

· Price management regarding to technical & commercial changes

· Management of order via SAP system and throughout the organization (Supply chain, quality, manufacturing, logistics etc)

· Creating new accounts by managing legal and contractual aspects

· Effectively and confidently managing stakeholders from across the organisation to produce positive outcomes for customer management

Qualifications ;

Eligible candidates must have;

· Engineering degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad, preferable Electric & Electronics or Computer Engineering.

· Must have Experience in Automotive industry

· Automotive electronics knowledge

· Track record of delivering results and consistent record of performance/career progression

· High degree of strategic thinking and commercial judgement

· Self-starter with interest in new technologies and a startup/entrepreneurial mindset

· Resilience and positive attitude

· Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills

· Excellent oral & written English skills

· Structured working style, advanced time management and strong analytical skills

· Strong abilities in cross-functional/-entity collaboration

· Strong confidence and reliability
