We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to be assigned at our headquarters in Manisa.
Qualifications:
University degree in marketing, communications, advertising, new media, or journalism.
At least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media management or digital content production, preferably in both a company and a digital agency.
Strong knowledge of marketing, communications, and media; familiarity with key organizations, agencies and creative talent.
Hands-on experience with social media channels and digital marketing platforms, familiarity with the latest applications and platforms.
Proven experience in performance marketing and media budget optimization.
Creativity in developing communication themes, topics and long-term collaboration ideas.
Experience working with design teams and ability to evaluate visual content and design.
Good command of English. Ability to write, edit and proofread content.
Excellent planning skills, ability to create comprehensive content plans.
Social skills to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Be a part of our growing marketing team and manage our social media accounts with related third-party agencies and service providers.
Create long-term communication plans and manage the daily flow of information to increase our presence and visibility on digital channels.
Maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep abreast of relevant developments.
Develop a comprehensive communication plan in accordance with the Group's strategies and related social media channels.
