QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The Role
We are looking for an International Training and Development Specialist who will be responsible for training and development activities within the scope of International Retail.
- Identifying training and development needs,
- Determining the methods and resources of the trainings,
- Designing and creating training and development sources (classroom training, webinar, on-the-job training, digital training, etc.),
- Preparing the training and development plans and programs,
- Providing the trainings,
- Developing and implementing measurement tools,
- Mentoring and following country training and development teams.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in related fields,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development activities, preferably in retail (Analysis of training needs, designing and developing training and development programs, measurement of training),
- Fluent verbal and written skills in English is a must,
- Experience of delivering training in English,
- Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills,
- Having strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,
- No restriction to travel.
