The Role: International Visual Training Specialist
We are looking for an International Visual Training Specialist to be employed in HQ – Retail Training and Development Directorate, who will be responsible for training and development activities within the scope of International Retail.
Job Description:
- Identifying occupational training needs of Visual Merchandising positions
- Designing trainings and supportive learning materials
- Delivering in class, webinar and on the job trainings,
- Managing VM Promotion Programs
- Developing and implementing pre and post-training assessment and evaluation tools
- Management of VM development programs
- Identifying and meeting the VM-related training needs of Store and Headquarter positions
Required Qualifications:
Education & Language Skills
- University degree in related fields,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail,
- Fluent verbal and written skills in English is a must,
- Preferably experience of delivering training in English,
- Preferably experience of designing training,
- Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills,
- Having strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,
- No restriction to travel
