Requirements

  • University degree from the related department,
  • Minimum 4+ years experience in a similar poisition
  • Have the ability to solve problems and analytical thinking
  • Organization and communication skills are developed
  • Customer and result-oriented approach
  • Experience with e-commerce, digital marketing, and digital marketing strategies is a big plus
  • Advanced English,

Responsibilities

  • Managing and executing the entire global wholesale operations related to the department.
  • Being responsible for the general operation of B2B (Online Global Wholesale Platform) website. Continuously seeking to ensure that the website is user-friendly for online wholesale buyers.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate uploading of current and new season items onto the site with the help of the team. Ensuring that item images, wholesale prices per unit, and stock information on the site are correct and complete.
  • Leading the digital marketing strategies depending on the target markets in order to reach out to new wholesale buyers via online global B2B platform and generate leads.
  • Carrying out optimization strategies / implementations that increase the online wholesale website’s search engine results rankings.
  • Thoroughly reviewing new membership requests (lead generation) on the B2B platform with the help of bilingual team members; initiating the first dialogue and opening potential customer records for the Finance department; completing the new membership process.
  • Managing orders placed through the website, showroom visits, or manually placed orders; picking up the items from warehouses and stores as necessary; collecting order payments, issuing relevant invoices; ensuring smooth shipment processes.
  • Managing the social media pages related to the department; posting daily stories and visuals; responding to customer queries via the page.
  • Having online orders transferred to the Nebim V3 ERP and conducting periodic stock checks with the Stock Management team.
  • Maintaining daily regular e-mail flow.
  • Dealing with the international franchise and collaboration requests in the first place. Following the evaluation process, reporting the appropriate ones to the board members, and executing the entire procedures.
  • Welcoming investor candidates from overseas to company stores and investments, facilitating necessary information flow, and creating potential new sales channels.
  • Establishing communication with the B2B website service provider and ensuring that necessary revisions are made periodically.
  • Conducting wholesale store visits to maintain communication with other wholesale stores.
