QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a " Budget&Reporting_Hyperion Digital Transformer Assistant Manager" (Temporary - 15 months) with the following qualifications to be a part of the Çelebi Havacılık Holding Financial Affairs Department .
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Statics and etc.
• Preferably worked in the digital transformation, project management and budget reporting departments
• Solid knowledge in Hyperion Budget and Consolidation Tool
• Proficiency in MS Office skills
• Excellent technical, problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail
• Advanced level of English (both writing & speaking)
• Experience in Project Management
• No travel restrictions
Job Description:
• Manage/participate in “system redesign / development projects at Hyperion Budget and Consolidation Tool”, directly related to Finance and all other departments
• Strong understanding of the latest budget & reporting trends and perspective.
• Identifying business needs
• Clarifying AS-IS business flows for the entity based
• Designing/proposing dynamic infrastructure for the TO BE processes and systems
• Developing a roadmap for development, prototyping, testing, deployment, and monitoring of new technology solutions
• Working with department leaders to identify opportunities for technology implementation in their departments
• Check points to ensure sustainability for the redesign / developments done for the systems.
• Liaison with long term plans and strategies and related projects to ensure that work is neither overlooked nor duplicated
• Develop or support for developing relevant operating standards, guidelines, and procedures
