JOB DESCRIPTION

Handling and monitoring incoming phone calls on behalf of a sales company from abroad. Incoming calls related to the company's products and services. Main duties include answering customer inquiries, providing product information, processing orders from home or other remote location. In this role, agents must have excellent communication skills in English, as they will be interacting with customers on the phone. They should have a good knowledge of the company's products and services. (This information will be provided in FCS training section) In addition to primary duties, the remote representatives must also ensure that they have a reliable and secure internet connection and a quiet and distraction-free work environment. Enduring long hours of screen time, sedentary work for an extended duration, working through the night and exposure to high volumes are among the most challenging aspects of our job.


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

· Advanced level of English language skills

. Must have fluent speaking and listening skills in English

. Computer skill in basic level

· Maintain a positive attitude and calmly attend to customers’ needs

. Being patient and solution oriented

· Effective organizational skills and prone to teamwork

. Can work 8 hours at night shift between 11 PM to 7 AM or 7 PM to 3AM for full time

. Can work 4 hours at night shift between 1 AM to 5 AM or 2 AM to 6 AM for part time

· Resident in Turkey
