We are looking for Arabic Call Center Agent to join our team at Papara, one of the fastest growing financial technology companies in Turkey!
Job description
- Answer incoming calls from users by Telephone in our Inbound Call Center,
- Give service in voice and non voice channels,
- Listen to user problems and provide correct and practical solutions,
- Escalate user suggestions to administrators when necessary
- Manage daily operations with respect to quality rules and regulations,
- Play an active role in the achievement of team goals,
General Qualifications
- Bachelor degree,
- At least 2 years of experience in Arabic call center and/or customer service,
- Arabic knowledge,
- Able to work in 24/7 shifts
- Good command of MS Office programs,
- Good communication skills with good diction,
- Solution oriented,
- Having a career goal, eager to learn and develop,
- Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment and prone to teamwork
- Completed military service or postponed for at least 2 years for male candidates.
