We are looking for a “ Head Baker ” who will be responsible for our new hotel investment to be opened in Fethiye/Göcek.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or associate in related fields,
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position,
  • Experience working in a luxury segment hotel,
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team,
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently,
  • Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments,
  • Adapting to flexible working hours,
  • Living or able to live in Fethiye,
  • No travel restrictions,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality and administrative functions,
  • Manage the provision of food to Food and Beverage outlets and taking action where necessary to ensure compliance with current legislation,
  • Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner,
  • Ensure foods are of good quality and stored correctly,
  • Ensure the consistent production of high quality food through hotel food outlets,
  • Ensure resources support the business needs through the effective management of working rotations,
  • Support brand standards through the training and assessment of the Team,
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation,
  • Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues,
