We are looking for a “ Head Baker ” who will be responsible for our new hotel investment to be opened in Fethiye/Göcek.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or associate in related fields,
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position,
- Experience working in a luxury segment hotel,
- Excellent command of written & spoken English,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team,
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently,
- Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments,
- Adapting to flexible working hours,
- Living or able to live in Fethiye,
- No travel restrictions,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality and administrative functions,
- Manage the provision of food to Food and Beverage outlets and taking action where necessary to ensure compliance with current legislation,
- Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner,
- Ensure foods are of good quality and stored correctly,
- Ensure the consistent production of high quality food through hotel food outlets,
- Ensure resources support the business needs through the effective management of working rotations,
- Support brand standards through the training and assessment of the Team,
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation,
- Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues,
