QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
- Work with marketing head and designer to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy and content roadmap for each social media platform that aligns with our brand identity, target audience, and business goals.
- Manage content calendar based on key messages, provide direction of captions and track conversion rates, create different kinds of contents to attract new users and engage current users.
- Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices and ads form to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Engage accounts to identify areas of opportunity with potential and current collaborators and partners
- Content creation experience is also preferable
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Communications/English, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or Design.
- Proven working experience in social media is required, at least 3 years of experience either in-house or in an agency. Be creative.
- Strong strategic voice and analytical skills to ensure creative, formats and plans are optimised for platforms to drive scale and engagement
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.) and how they can be deployed. Catch the heat of local social trends and implement into brand social contents.
- Good technical understanding and can learn new hardware and software quickly. Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
- Experience with Socialbakers or OneSight platforms is a plus.
