QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our company is one of the leading multinational company in food and ingredients sector. For our future plans, we are looking for a financial controller based in Mersin/Turkiye;
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or similar Departments of a reputable university,
- Experience in production environment company,
- Understanding of IFRS principles and their applications on manufacturing environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, reporting or controlling (Audit background or Turkish CPA certificate is a big plus),
- Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing,
- Willing to travel frequently,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications especially in Excel and Word (proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX system is a big plus)
- Strong analytical and spoken communication skills,
- Ability to work in flexible hours and to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment,
- For male candidates, military service should be completed
Job Description
- To assist the Country Controller and be actively involved in
- Preparation of the monthly consolidated financial statements according to IFRS
- Reporting of key figures to the Top management
- Review monthly inter-company and third party reconciliation processes
- Review the internal controls according to Company’s processes and manuals (SOX)
- Working with External auditors and providing necessary information & documentation
- Ad-Hoc tasks from the Country Controller
