GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- A graduate of Engineering departments from universities (preferably Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering),
- Experienced in quality management systems (ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001),
- Holder of ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification,
- Proficient in welding and metal processes,
- Familiar with MSA (CPK, SPC, etc.),
- Fluent in English,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Completed military service for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Transferring welding standards to the relevant operator and inspecting and approving the quality of welding performed,
- Inspecting and approving the accuracy of metal processing (cutting, bending, etc.) processes,
- Applying MSA (CPK, SPC, etc.) to processes,
- Evaluating technical drawings and ensuring that productions are made correctly, Inspecting, reporting, and coordinating quality systems within the factory,
- Conducting internal audits and coordinating the correction of identified non-conformities,
- Analyzing complaints received from abroad, identifying root causes, and taking actions,
- Conducting risk analyses, providing regular training to relevant employees, and tracking them,
- Managing quality control practices.
