QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:
· Handle customer complaints and customer communication from receipt to closure.
· Coordinate quality matters related to customer quality such as product complaint, customer claim (credit note), 8D report evaluation and submission, follow-up to assess the effectiveness of corrective actions and preventive actions.
· Ensuring that all existing social compliance policies and guidelines are followed within the site.
· Hosting all internal pre and post meetings to prepare for customer audit.
· Closing all customer audit findings in location in a timely manner, and working with the Global Compliance Team to update systems.
· Building a relationship with local compliance teams within customers, and external audit firms.
· Due to audits, completing the reports and presentation to the management team.
Quality Systems:
· Support Document Coordinator for quality documents
· Provides training and quality support to the production areas
· Conducts quality audits for products, processes, and if required suppliers
· Leads problem solving and continuous improvement projects
· Develop systemic improvements to the plant quality system
· Provide guidance into the development and maintenance of the Site Quality Management System (QIS)
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent field.
· Minimum 2 years experience in Quality or similar fields.
· Having knowledge of audit processes in the textile industry,
· Excellent English skill both in verbal and written.
· Experience handling multiple responsibilities with minimal direction.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.
· Able to effectively work with various functions and levels within the organization.
· Able to use MS Office programs effectively.
· Strong analytical skills.
