ABOUT US
MAT Filtration Technologies was established to provide the highest possible efficiency equipment and services on water filtration technology.
Specifically MAT was established in 2012 in Izmir/Turkey and was founded by fish husbandry industry experts.
Our expertise in animal husbandry for over 35 years is our biggest competitive advantage. Furthermore we understand animal behavior and we know in depth the operational needs to run properly a facility.
Our company develops and tests the equipment performance and ensures its ease of operation on our marine fish quarantine facility in Izmir.
In addition we have designed our organisation to deliver successfully and on-time demanding projects in any part of the world.
Finally MAT has developed to become a design, manufacturing and contracting leader in the field of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and specialty filtration technologies. Currently, we employ over 220 highly-skilled staff of multiple nationalities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from Electrical Engineering.
- Having min 8 years of hands-on MEP experience.
- Strong knowledge about MEP services, project applications, hand over process management and operational training background.
- Understanding filtration equipment principle and basics, ability to improve.
- Understanding construction works and responsibilities and familiarity with working rough conditions.
- Strong written and verbal skills in English&Turkish.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Residing in İzmir
DUTIES
- Understand Project specifications, contract and follow the project according to the work schedule.
- Ability to review and revise blueprints, work with CAD files.
- Experience in electrical design and calculation.
- Experience in process instrumentation and automation.
- Strong knowledge about Scada and BMS systems to coordinate with subcontractors and site engineers.
- Do market research, equipment selection that meets project specifications, prepare material submittal forms, compliance statement, procurement coordination.
- Promote the substitution of materials and methods with less expensive alternatives, without sacrificing functionality.
- Experience about Testing Commissioning phases and ability to manage the process directly with client and engineers.
- Assisting Site teams on necessary cases based on system design changes, providing calculations and case study including risk management.
