We are a leading OEM Captive that establishing a new Insurance Agency which will serve insurance products and services for our Brands and Dealers.
Key Qualifications
- University degree preferably Engineering, Economics, Insurance, Actuary or Statistics,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,
- Insurance Agency, Insurance Company, Bancassurance or Broker working experience is a must,
- Proficiency in English (French is a plus),
- Good command of MS Office applications and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint,
- Interested in new mobilities and related insurance solutions (such as UBI, connected cars and services),
- Ability to think strategically and analytically to make decisions based on through research and analysis,
- Strong relationship building skills to deal with internal and external partners.
Your Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Insurance Agency Manager,
- Managing Insurance Agency products sales and after sales performance and processes,
- Ensuring the performance of Sales tools and Sales Channels,
- Leading digital channel development and management,
- Responsible of developing insurance products accordingly OEM needs and new car launches (especially for connected cars),
- Following regularly market benchmarks related insurance products
- Ensuring coordination with HQ Teams in France, OEM and Partner & Service providers,
- Preparing daily and monthly reporting,
- Preparing performance presentations both for local and global HQ Team in France.
