Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
0-2 years experience in brand management, brand communication or any other relevant marketing role
Fluency in English is a must
Visionary, Researcher, analytical and strategical thinking, creative and good in time management and organised& planned working style
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across the wider business
Excellent at coordination, task prioritization and multitask management
A desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Strong in usage of MS Office programs
Living in İstanbul
Key Responsibilities
Preparing annual new product plans according to trend presentations through WGSN, competitoer’s launches, current assortment’s needs globally or the requests come from the market.
Deciding on the product and shade names of the new launches and preparing product artwork briefs for marketing team to work with the agencies and approval of the new artworks.
Anaylsing assortmant performance to define the delist strategies annually or define how to push the sales teams to increase low performing products.
Preparing the detailed launch presentation working with the training manager to share with marcom team.
Responsible for preparation of the samples of new launches on time for marcom divison and trade marketing division to make them work on shootings and modüle creations.
