We are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICES SPECIALIST with the following job descriton;
- Being responsible for following up the proposal processes
- Meeting customer demands while considering customer satisfaction
- Preparing all kinds of information and documents required by customers
- Supporting Sales Team and representing BSK Global in MEA region
- Managing and translating corporate documents about sales/customer services related areas
To perform required duties, following qualifications are required;
- (4) year degree, preferably engineering degree; however, International Business, Logistics, Economy and similar degrees are also acceptable
- Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Service, technical sales and/or technical service fields
- Experience and/or inclination for technical products and technical drawings
- Knowledge about; material handling systems, cement, mining, asphalt, fertilizer or power generation industries is an asset
- Excellent command of written & verbal French and good command of English
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- No restriction for travelling in and out of country
- Willing to work extra hours when necessary
- Driving licence (class B)
