We are looking for a "Customer Services Assistant Specialist" who can work with us in Izmir Office to join the MSC Turkey family. Do you want to be a member of this family? / We will be happy to see you as a member of our family.
As a Customer Services Assistant Specialist your main task is to;
- Coordinate loading/discharge processes of goods between customer and other related units
- Be responsible for making file/data tracking from booking to loading
- Build good communication with customers to lead an effective customer management and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Manage all processes based on procedures and policies that established by our company
We are looking for candidates with the following background;
- Bachelors degree in relevant field,
- Good command of MS Office programs,
- Fluent in written and spoken English,
- Able to adapt flexible and busy working hours,
- Effective communication, planning and coordination skills,
- Analytical, dynamic, outgoing and result oriented,
- Have self-motivation and business discipline.
