ZEISS Turkey is currently seeking, highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Employee for its Human Resources department in Istanbul Ataşehir office.
Your Job Description
- Serving as the first point of contact and providing full cycle HR support to address and resolve requests, concerns and inquiries,
- Taking responsibility mainly on recruitment activities (ad posting, candidate screening, phone interviewing, candidate sourcing etc)
- Taking responsibility on routine day-to-day or monthly operational activities (reporting, liaising with internal customers and third parties, etc)
- Taking part in onboarding and offboarding processes and liaising with related departments to ensure smooth transition
- Ensuring that documents and files are archived according to established standards
Requirements
- Motivated for a career in Human Resources and eager to learn
- 4th year University students, Master’s students or fresh graduates,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills
- Able to research and analyze
- Able to work a minimum of three days a week
