We are looking for a talented and accomplished English speaking HR Manager!

- Conduct workplace investigations and assigns actions to resolve associate complaints;
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Where applicable, or demonstrating proactive, positive relationships with work counsels or unions as needed.
- Analyze attrition reports to identify root causes and escalate changes in attrition trends to the HR leadership team;
- Develop and support retention initiatives by executing programs developed to improve employee morale and attrition.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Support benefits administration, salary administration, workers compensation, unemployment compensation, relocation activities, reporting and analyses;
- Review and analyze HR/people data to identify trends and recommend solutions for performance improvement, retention and enhancement of the employee experience;
Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or equivalent position.
- Experience demonstrating extensive knowledge, interpretation, and application of applicable employment laws.
- Experienced in leading positive change.
- Customer services or similar fast paced sector experience
- Advanced level of English (Required), additional German is a plus
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
