QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “ Bell Captain ” who will be responsible for our new hotel investment to be opened in Fethiye/Göcek.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or associate in related fields,
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position,
  • Experience working in a luxury segment hotel,
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team,
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently,
  • Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments,
  • Adapting to flexible working hours,
  • Living or able to live in Fethiye,
  • No travel restrictions,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintain complete knowledge at all times of all hotel features/services,
  • Ensuring that the requests/problems of the guests are resolved immediately with the relevant departments in line with the procedures within the hotel,
  • Providing feedback to guests, keeping track of guest survey results and up-to-date scores and comments on facility commenting sites,
  • Working in coordination with the Front Office Department to get to know the guests and be in close contact with other department managers to solve problems,
  • Analyzing and proactively resolving guest requests and complaints,
  • Monitor and handle guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction,
  • Complete an inspection of all guest room floors, public areas and restrooms daily and rectify deficiencies with respective departments,
  • Work closely with Housekeeping to ensure accurate status of each room, readiness of rooms for check-in and to report guest concerns.
