We are looking for a “ Communications Superviso r ” who will be responsible for our new hotel investment to be opened in Fethiye/Göcek.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or associate in related fields (Tourism and Hotel Management etc.),
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position,
- Experience working in a luxury segment hotel,
- Excellent command of written & spoken English,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team,
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently,
- Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments,
- Adapting to flexible working hours,
- Living or able to live in Fethiye,
- No travel restrictions,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain complete knowledge at all times of all hotel features/services,
- Ensuring that the requests/problems of the guests are resolved immediately with the relevant departments in line with the procedures within the hotel,
- Providing feedback to guests, keeping track of guest survey results and up-to-date scores and comments on facility commenting sites,
- Working in coordination with the Front Office Department to get to know the guests and be in close contact with other department managers to solve problems,
- Analyzing and proactively resolving guest requests and complaints,
- Monitor and handle guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction,
- Complete an inspection of all guest room floors, public areas and restrooms daily and rectify deficiencies with respective departments,

Work closely with Housekeeping to ensure accurate status of each room, readiness of rooms for check-in and to report guest concerns.
