QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

We are looking for a project manager with at least 7 years of experience in site management, knowledgeable about the Condominium Law, for site project located on the European side of Istanbul.

Education and Experience

• Associates degree or Bachelors degree (preferred with focus on business, technical or management areas)
• Experienced in Facility Management for at least 7 years.
• Proficient in Condominium Law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Proficient in utilizing all modules of CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) software.
• Facility Management certification preferred.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management and direction of all management processes, organizational structure, technical, cleaning, landscaping, security, and administrative processes of the business.
• Ensures compliance of the team with company regulations and standards. .
• Ensures compliance of all activities conducted in the project with legislation, regulations, procedures, and instructions.
• Ensures timely achievement of project objectives by applying management principles such as planning, organization, coordination, direction, control, motivation, and communication in accordance with contract terms.
• Determines and assigns the authority and responsibilities of subordinate units, coordinates and supervises their work.
• Evaluates customer satisfaction and complaints, takes necessary measures, and makes arrangements.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients
• Prepares and submits periodic reports (monthly, yearly, etc.) to superiors and customers on time.
• Attends business meetings and coordinates interdepartmental communication.
• Prepares the annual business project of the affiliated company. Organizes the condominium owners' association meeting.
• Oversees the management of Site Management employees, collection of dues, tracking, and auditing of independent section energy expenses.
• Monitors compliance with occupational health and safety measures taken in the workplace, conducts audits, and ensures the rectification of non-conformities.
