QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for highly qualified and talented individuals to join our AVL Research and Engineering Türkiye organization in Istanbul.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade or related field
· Minimum 2 years experiences in similar area
· Good command of English in both speaking and writing
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
· Able to take responsibility in multiple tasks and projects
· Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning and problem solver skills
· Have customer, quality, process and result driven approach
Job Description:
· Purchase office requirements (stationery equipments, cleaning products, office furniture etc.)
· Create and keep updated Purchasing Procedure and all other Purchasing related documents
· Organise international orders for customs requirements and coordinate with customs consultant
· Organise outgoing products for customs procedure
· Manage all requirements in accordance with AVL Global Purchasing Policy and AVL professional standards
· Perform administrative and procedural & clerical duties as required for effective operation of Office Management
