QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a R&D Engineer for our global business partner.
Job description
Support strategic development plans for New Product Development (with focus on cable , harness, PCB and electric box) and necessary inputs to New Technology Development in accordance to global market trends and technical opportunities. (shared responsibility with Product design centers in Italy and France)
Participate actively to definition of new product specifications. (with focus on cable , harness, PCB and electric box)
Monitor planned and approved activities in order to meet activity targets.
Support the FIN&CTRL Department in order to analyse the product cost.
Develop R&D Organization, Process and Tools to improve R&D efficacy and efficiency.
Coordinate and manage relations with external Design Centre, Consultants and Supplier in order to adjust.
Product Development capacity during workload peaks.
Participation to Manufacturer Association and Standardization Organizations.
Requirements
University Degree in Engineering. (electrical or electronic matter)
Should have work experience 5-10 years as electrical designer or project leader in product development or system development.
Experience in product certification (ie: CE marking) is considered a plus.
Fluent English.
Knowledge in electrical CAD software.
Experience in ERP (ie: SAP) or PLM ia considered a plus.
