Job Profile
We are looking for a Business Development Engineer with great enthusiasm who will bring together different perspectives and parties with varying priorities and often conflicting interests for a common goal: the success of the project.
Job Description
· Follows the developments in markets of target countries, makes contacts and meetings with potential new project owners periodically, supports proposal preparation efforts by providing local information, arranges contacts and meetings for new business development purposes,
· Carries out necessary communication and correspondence by company management directives to assist in developing new business relationships and maintaining existing relationships by positioning the company's capabilities and services to meet the Client's business operation needs,
· Comprehends well all pre-screening, pre-qualification and tender requirements of Clients for new projects and announced tenders. Accordingly, compile all information and prepare pre-qualification documents of the company including presenting the technical, contractual and financial status of the company,
· Fill in the related forms in the required format and write up necessary clarifications at a good level to pass the pre-qualification.
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil or Mechanical Engineering
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development
· Adequate background and experience in industrial plant construction works
· Experience in the preparation of PQ and Tender Documents
· Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
· Ability to present the company to develop new business opportunities
· Ability to operate in multicultural environments and build effective working relations with clients and colleagues
· Having an international sense of business
· Team-work skills, harmonious and effective communication abilities with teammates
· Having no obstacles to travelling
