QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an ‘’ End User Support Associate ” to be in Akyazı Plant. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
- Providing IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems and cellular devices,
- Preparing client needs for new starters,
- Responsible for Asset Management,
- Managing the mobile line and mobile phone process,
- Configuring, installing and maintaining software systems for all location.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a relevant department of universities,
- Min. 1 years of experience in similar jobs,
- Working in harmony and coordination with the team with strong communication skills,
- Being solution-oriented with an innovative perspective,
- Efficient prioritization and problem-solving,
- Preferably with spoken and written English,
- Knowledge of desktop/laptop PCs, enterprise printers, and peripherals,
- Basic knowledge of networking, Knowledge of supporting Windows, iOS and Android,
- Knowledge of IP phones, Familiar with IT ticketing system,
- Strong windows support and troubleshooting knowledge,
- Live / can live in Sakarya.
