For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for Quality Engineer for our Manisa facility .
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defining and specifying activities, processes and standards to fulfil the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component or product,
- Monitoring Quality KPIs of Operational Unit,
- Establish quality standards/ guidelines related to products and processes and contribute to their further development,
- Reporting and trouble shouting in case of manufacturing processes deviations and defects in finished goods,
- Communicate with the departments in the company about performance and quality standards and monitor if they are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering departments ,
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience and preferred 2-3 years experience in the same industry sector (automation technology),
- Technical knowledge in terms of Process Management, Quality Management systems, certifications (ISO9001, VDA 6.3) and methods (FMEA, Control Plan, Inspection Plan, PDCA, SPC)
- Excellent command of English is required,
- Required Six Sigma green belt or higher,
- Experience in project management,
- Experience in internal and external audits,
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and SAP.
