Which competences do we expect?
- Bachelor Degree with a strong academic achievement in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 0 - 3 years of working experience on assembly line (production experience is prioritised)
- Knowledge of Lean Production Methods & Ergonomy
- Knowledge of MTM & VSM is a plus
- Fluent in English - both verbal and written
- Behaves in an honest and consistent manner
- High attention to detail and accuracy, takes responsibility
- Strong problem analysis and decision making skills
- Good planning and prioritization skills
- Effective communication skills, prone to teamwork
- Male candidates must have completed military service
What will be your responsibilities and duties?
- Layout and headcount planning of production lines / investments,
- Implements of new and various production technologies equipments and machines to improve lines efficiency
- Monitors productivity and efficiency of assembly lines
- Analysis & improvs time studies, MTM(Methods & Time measurement) analysis and line balancing
- Makes ergonomic analyses and improves the situation.
- Makes process management (SOP)
- Process improvement / project management (kaizen, 5s, time study)
- Responsible for waste reduction
