For our client, one of the major players in the international logistics sector, for whom we provide consultancy, we are searching for a 'Business Intelligence Analyst'.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in engineering, statistics or MIS,
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role , with a solid background in data management, analysis, and reporting,
- Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies being advantageous,
- Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes would be highly desirable,
- Proficiency in business intelligence and reporting tools and technologies, including data visualization, dashboarding, and reporting,
- Proven track record in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields,
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI,
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS SQL & MongoDB , as well as experience working with databases and data warehouses,
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and principles of data modeling,
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets,
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, along with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team setting,
- Understanding of data privacy and security regulations and best practices,
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and changing requirements,
- Strong analytical thinking skills, using data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that aid in making informed business decisions.
Job Descrıptıon
- Gain a deep understanding of the data requirements of the company and conduct data analysis to fulfill business needs,
- Collaborate closely with various business units and the management team to identify data analysis project requirements and determine the datasets to be analyzed,
- Explore and assess data sources, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the data for analysis purposes,
- Create and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to provide valuable insights and support the decision-making process,
- Employ statistical methods and data visualization techniques to analyze complex datasets and identify patterns, trends, and correlations,
- Effectively communicate and present findings from data analysis to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner,
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and actionable solutions for business challenges,
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence and data analytics tools and techniques,
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of business intelligence systems and tools.
