Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from the relevant departments of the Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences of universities, preferably at the above bachelor's degree,
Has a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certificate,
Able to communicate effectively and fluently in English, Chinese skill is highly preferred.
5 years or more experience in financial management of companies operating in the manufacturing sector,
Able to use Zirve and SAP (FI, MM, CO modules) accounting programmes,
Experienced in team management and able to motivate his/her team,
Analytical thinking skills and solution orientated,
We are looking for a "Finance Manager" position to be assigned in our factory located in ASO 2.
Job Descriptions:
Managing all financial processes within the scope of the authorisations given (Cash Flow, Financial Table Analysis, Balance Sheet),
Review and approve contracts and payments according to the Company’s approval authorities,
Follow the current changes in all legislation such as financial reporting standards, accounting, tax, social security law and to be aware of all of them,
To prepare a cash flow table specialising in strategic and directional budgeting and financial reporting,
Drive the annual budget event and provide analysis to various departments.
Evaluate the Company's investment activities and to search for and finalise appropriate financial support to assist decision-making, prioritising the Company's interests,
Provide financial support to business departments in a timely manner.
Prepare monthly report and business forecast to the management and Group.
Report and communicate with the Board of Directors and shareholders.
Establish and optimize internal control processes.
Maintain the relationship between banks and enterprises, and deal with bank-related matters.
Identify opportunities for improvement and able to work and communicate effectively cross functions.
