Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an International Tax Manager at Naturel Holding in Istanbul. As an International Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing tax structuring and compliance, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and overseeing the tax-related accounting activities of companies located in different jurisdictions. You will also provide guidance and support on international tax matters to the organization and its subsidiaries.
Qualifications
- International Tax Structuring and Tax Law expertise
- Strong knowledge of Tax regulations and laws of different countries
- Collaborate with tax consultants, auditors, and the tax administration
- Able to coordinate tax due diligences of M&A projects in different countries
- Able to analyze different country incentives
- Experience in Accounting and Financial analysis
- Tax accounting skills
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to travel abroad
- CPA or equivalent certification of any country is a plus
- Experience in Big4 is desirable
- At least 8 years of experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or related field
- Strong English writing and speaking skills (+ another European language is an asset)
