In line with our growth strategy we are seeking for Business Operations & Planning Supervisors to be evaluated in our Audit&Assurance with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; preferably in Maths,
- Min 4-5 years of planning experience,
- Good command of English both written and spoken,
- Analytical and structured thinking, strong problem solving skills,
- Set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines as a project team player,
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Power point),
- Build energy, inclusion and integrity across teams from diverse backgrounds,
- Optimize performance and quality through team skills and experience,
- Get buy-in from people with diverse perspectives and interests,
Job Description:
- Preparation of business unit’s (“BU”) monthly financial planning & analysis,
- Take role in financial planning process & follow-up,
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, planning,
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance,
- Coordinate with the Finance function the Financial Planning & Analysis (including budget preparation, forecast, and deviations analysis) and ensure financial and operational data reliability,
- Analyze / track all P&L key performance indicators,
- Consolidate business unit forecasting e.g. chargeable hours, utilization and headcount against budget and proactively drive resourcing decisions to respond to these,
- Develop, execute, and manage monthly, quarterly, yearly headcount planning cycle,
- Assist with the performance management and review process,
- Conducting quantitative analysis on planning and performance topics to inform business decisions,
- Preparing other ad-hoc analyses and reports when required by the management,
