QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field,
- At least One year of work experience as a Guest Relations Officer in the hospitality field,
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team,
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
- Positive attitude and good communication skills,
- Excellent command of English (written & verbal); any other language is advantageous,
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment,
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times,
Job Description & Responsibilities:

Providing feedback to guests, keeping track of guest survey results and up-to-date scores and comments on facility commenting sites,

Working in coordination with the Front Office Department to get to know the guests and be in close contact with other department managers to solve problems,

Analyzing and proactively resolving guest requests and complaints through CRM.
